Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

Almost Rare currently ships throughout Canada and the United States.

International shipping outside of Canada and the United States is not currently available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Almost Rare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@almostrare.ca and we will do our best to assist.

Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
